How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on when you placed your order, it should take 2-4 working days to arrive.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we have received your refund request, we pass this to Boots for processing. It can take up to 14 days for this to process and money to be debited back to your payment method.
Do I return my item to you or to Boots?

How long is my warranty?
Standard warranty is 12 months for faults, however the manufacturer may offer longer. Please visit the manufacturer site for more info.
Why can't I return certain items?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to take back certain products if they have been opened, unless they are faulty and covered under the manufacturers guarantee. These items include but are not limited to Silk'n LED masks and other skin touching devices and Momcozy breast pumps.
