Cookies policy
Explore how we use cookies to improve your browsing experience while keeping your data secure.
01About cookies
Go10 Limited (“Go10”, “we” or “our”) website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a quality website experience and allows us to improve our site. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. All other cookies, including analytics, are only set after you have given your consent using our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.
A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive.
02Types of cookies we use
Cookies and tracking devices used on go10support.co.uk, go10.co.uk, or digitaljigsaw.co.uk, as categorised by function:
03Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity, a product analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors use this site through metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. We use this to identify pain points and improve the experience.
Clarity is an analytical / performance cookie and is only loaded after you opt in to analytics cookies. If you reject analytics, the Clarity script is never loaded and no Clarity cookies are set. When enabled, Clarity sets cookies such as _clck and _clsk and may process data, including your IP address and interactions, on Microsoft systems outside the UK. Session replays are recorded with masking enabled so that text you enter into forms is obscured.
Microsoft acts as our data processor for this purpose. For more information, see Microsoft’s privacy documentation and our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
04How long cookies remain
Cookies can also be categorised by how long they remain on your device. There are two broad categories of duration:
We use both persistent and session cookies. Our persistent cookies last no longer than one (1) year.
05Information collected by our cookies
Cookies on our website collect several types of information, including information about your usage of our website, and we may collect your IP address as a logged file. An IP address is the number assigned to your device — for example your laptop or mobile phone — when your device accesses the internet.
To the extent that IP addresses are personal data under applicable data protection law, we treat it as personal data. If we link information collected through cookies with any personal data you provide to us through the website, e.g. through submitting a form, we also treat that information as personal data. For information on how we handle personal data collected through the site, please see our Privacy Policy.
06How to manage cookies in your browser
Most modern browsers will allow you to:
- See what cookies you’ve got and delete them on an individual basis;
- Block third-party cookies;
- Block cookies from sites;
- Block all cookies from being set; and
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser.
You should be aware that any preferences will be lost if you delete cookies. This includes where you have opted out from cookies, as this requires an opt-out cookie to be set. Also, if you block cookies completely, many websites will not work properly and some functionality on these websites will not work at all. We do not recommend turning cookies off when using our website and Services for these reasons.
If you are primarily concerned about third-party cookies generated by advertisers, you can turn these off separately.
07Cookie policy updates
If we change this Cookie Policy, we will post those changes on this page and update the Cookie Policy modification date above. If we materially change this Cookie Policy, we will notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes before making them and by stating the effective date of the changes.
